These technical skills are reinforced through ongoing reporting responsibilities and support of a variety of continuing education opportunities such as the CFA program.
Project-based staffing: Projects are used to build and deepen technical skills and investment judgment. Projects allow analysts to work across asset classes and with all members of the investment team to build deep working relationships.
We measure the success of our Investment Analyst Program by our Analysts being enthusiastic and well-prepared for the next step in their career. Third-year analysts are eligible for promotion to Senior Investment Analyst based on their quality of work, teamwork, and positive impact on both the program and investment process. Following the completion of the program, successful Analysts are well-positioned to pursue a range of career paths. Prior analysts have continued their careers in investing or gone onto MBA programs, startups, and consumer marketing.
